• Own integrated plans and actively manage milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, assumptions and actions.

• Strong stakeholder management and governance experience, including working with senior client audiences.
• Experience coordinating across business, process, technology, data and change workstreams.
• Evidence of identifying gaps, resolving issues and driving actions, rather than simply reporting progress.
• The ability to bring structure to ambiguity and proactively drive delivery.
• Experience contributing to business development, bids or proposals.

It would be great if you also have

• Experience in pharmaceutical research and development (R&D).
• Broader change management or transformation experience alongside core project and programme management capability.
• Experience of process or operating model transformation.
• A recognised project or programme management qualification or equivalent practical expertise.

About you

You will be:

• Proactive, organised and accountable, with a strong bias for action.
• Comfortable working at pace and making progress when information is incomplete.
• A clear communicator who can simplify complexity and influence senior stakeholders.
• Collaborative and pragmatic, with the confidence to challenge constructively.
