STATEMENT UNDER SECTION 54(1) OF THE MODERN SLAVERY ACT 2015

Introduction


This statement sets out BIP UK’s actions to understand all potential modern slavery and human trafficking risks related to its business and to put in place steps that are aimed at ensuring that there is no modern slavery or human trafficking in its own business and its supply chains.


As part of the Management Consultancy Industry, it is important for us to be known not just by ‘what we do’ but also by ‘how we do’. We are absolutely committed to preventing modern slavery and human trafficking in our corporate activities and supply chain. We impose the same high standards on our suppliers, contractors and other business partners.


Organisation structure


BIP UK operates in the United Kingdom and has offices in London. We provide management consultancy services to clients across a wide variety of industries.


BIP UK employs approximately 113 employees and, together with its immediate group companies, employs approximately 218 employees. BIP UK is part of an international group of companies with operations worldwide.


Our supply chain


Our supply chain includes sourcing services and people. We use specified, reputable employment agencies to source labour, and always verify the practices of any new agency it engages with prior to accepting resources. We have zero tolerance towards modern slavery and human trafficking and we expect all organisations in our supply chain to comply with our values. We regularly review our existing suppliers and undertake due diligence when considering taking on new suppliers.

Our policies on modern slavery and human trafficking


As a professional consultancy firm, we are committed to maintaining the highest ethical standards in our operations and client services, ensuring that there is no modern slavery or human trafficking in any part of our business. Our company policies – such as our Anti-Slavery and Human Trafficking Policy Statement, Code of Ethical Conduct Policy, Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy, Safeguarding Policy, Whistleblowing Policy, Supplier Code of Ethical Conduct Policy and Equal Opportunity Policy – reflect our zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery and human trafficking and our commitment to conducting our business ethically and with integrity. Our policies are written to support implementation and enforcement of effective systems and controls to prevent the occurrence of modern slavery or human trafficking related issues in any of our operations. We regularly review and reinforce these policies through internal training and engagement with our supply chain partners.


Due diligence processes for modern slavery and human trafficking


We have zero tolerance of modern slavery and human trafficking. To ensure all those in our supply chain comply with our values we have contractual obligations on our suppliers to ensure they are and remain compliant with the Modern Slavery Act 2015.


Training and awareness


We have raised awareness of modern slavery and human trafficking issues by undertaking appropriate mandatory staff training and placing this statement on our intranet.


Management approval and financial year


This statement is made pursuant to section 54(1) of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and constitutes BIP UK’s modern slavery and human trafficking statement for financial year ending


31 December 2025. This statement has been approved by the Board of Directors on

25 June 2026 and will be reviewed annually.
