Biography
Andrea Airaghi is Managing Partner M&A and Corporate Affairs at BIP, where he has worked since 2003 and has led M&A and corporate affairs since 2022. He holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Politecnico di Milano and has over 30 years of experience in consulting and corporate leadership, serving as Senior and Equity Partner at BIP and previously at Deloitte, Firstream and Andersen Consulting. He has a proven track record in M&A, corporate strategy, and international expansion, supporting major international clients, especially in the Telco sector. Andrea is a member of BIP’s Executive Committee and leads strategic transformation programs with focus on governance, business intelligence, and operational excellence.
