Biography
Carlo Amoruso is Managing Partner Public Sector Italy at BIP. He more than 20 years of experience in management consulting across corporate strategy, organization design, operational improvement, change management, and project management. Within BIP, he has held multiple international roles, including Managing Partner BIP Belgium, and he currently serves as CEO of Cogea. He has extensive experience in designing and implementing digital transformation programs for the Italian Public Administration, as well as for several European Directorates-General and Agencies. His work focuses on services and technologies related to Mobility as a Service, infrastructure, and the Space Economy. With deep knowledge of innovation-driven public and private sector, he is recognized for turning strategic insights into effective and sustainable solutions, consistently blending innovative thinking with a solid, results-oriented approach.
