Biography
Fausto Fusco is Chief People & Culture Officer at BIP, which he joined in 2016, bringing extensive experience in Human Resources and Organizational Development across complex service and manufacturing environments. After graduating in Political Sciences at LUISS and completing an MBA at the Tagliacarne Institute, he began his career at Andersen Consulting as an HR Business Partner, later joining EY on international projects. He then held senior roles in BNL, ERG and Indesit—where he became Italy HR Director—before serving as HR, Organization and Procurement Director at ACI Global. His leadership blends change management, organizational development and talent growth, fostering trust, autonomy and positive impact.
