Biography
Salvatore Repici is a Senior Equity Partner at BIP and, since 2024, Head of International Markets Development. With nearly 30 years of cross-industry experience in digital and innovation consulting, he has played a key role in expanding BIP’s global footprint, leading the International Corporate Clients Program and supporting local market development worldwide. He has held leadership roles across Europe, USA, Latam, Africa and Eastern Europe, and launched BIP’s offices in Chile and North America. Before joining BIP, he worked for major global firms including Capgemini, EY, Deloitte and Accenture. A Mechanical and Management Engineer with studies in Rome and Paris and an MBA in Turin, he has deep expertise in innovation, sustainability and digital transformation across multiple industries.
