BIP UK, in partnership with Enlighten Training and Consultancy, is pleased to announce it has successfully been awarded a place on the East of England NHS Collaborative Procurement Hub Training and Development Services Framework (2025/S 000-082573).

This award reflects the strength of the partnership’s combined capabilities and its shared commitment to supporting the NHS and wider public sector through high-quality, impactful learning and development solutions.

The Hub’s Training and Development framework enables NHS organisations and other publicly funded bodies to access trusted training and development providers quickly and efficiently. Appointment to the framework confirms that BIP UK and Enlighten meet rigorous standards relating to quality, governance, professional expertise, and delivery capability, enabling contracting authorities to commission services with confidence and supporting improved outcomes for people, teams, and systems.

BIP UK and Enlighten have been awarded places on the framework for the following two lots:

• Lot 1: Coaching and Mentoring Services
• Lot 2: Training Programmes

Through Lot 1, the partnership delivers professional coaching and mentoring services designed to support leadership development at individual, team, and system levels. The approach focuses on enhancing wellbeing, strengthening leadership capability, improving performance, and enabling sustainable behaviour change.

Services are delivered by experienced, accredited practitioners and are grounded in evidence-based practice. The partnership works with executives, senior leaders, managers, emerging talent, and frontline teams, supporting greater self-awareness, confidence, and resilience while helping organisations build inclusive, high-performing leadership cultures.

Under Lot 2, BIP UK and Enlighten design and deliver high-quality training programmes aligned to NHS priorities and the wider public sector context. This includes leadership and organisational development, culture change initiatives, and bespoke workforce development programmes.

Programmes are tailored to organisational needs and delivered through face-to-face, virtual, and blended formats. Working closely with clients, BIP UK ensures learning interventions are relevant, outcome-focused, and aligned to strategic objectives, supporting improved engagement, capability, and long-term sustainability.
