BIP UK, a global management consultancy firm specialising in digital transformation for the public sector, has been named as an approved supplier on the UK Government’s Digital Outcomes and Specialists 7 (DOS7) framework, delivered by Crown Commercial Service (CCS).

BIP UK has been successfully awarded places on Lot 1 (Digital Outcomes), Lot 3 (Digital Specialists) and Lot 4 (User Research Studios). This appointment enables public sector organisations to procure BIP UK’s digital, data and technology services directly through the framework using pre-agreed contractual terms and a streamlined, compliant buying process.

Through Lot 1, BIP UK can deliver end-to-end digital programmes focused on achieving defined outcomes, including the design, build and delivery of new digital services, the transformation of existing platforms, and the delivery of discovery, alpha, beta and live phases of complex digital initiatives, with accountability for delivery from strategy through to implementation.

Lot 3 enables public sector organisations to access experienced digital specialists to strengthen internal teams, providing individual specialists or blended teams across product, delivery, engineering, architecture, data and business analysis disciplines.

Through Lot 4, BIP UK can deliver user research and service design activity through studio-based or project-led engagements, including insight-led discovery and alpha research, usability and accessibility testing, and evidence-based recommendations to ensure services are user-centred and inclusive.

DOS7 is a key government procurement framework designed to help public sector organisations access high-quality digital services quickly and transparently. Appointment to the framework follows a rigorous evaluation process and confirms BIP UK’s ability to deliver complex digital programmes to the standards required by government.

The DOS7 framework is now live and available for use by central government departments, local authorities, NHS organisations and wider public sector bodies.
