Situation
Intel Hub is a platform where clinical trial planning can be optimised by bringing together diverse sources of information and insight to predict the time, cost and quality outcomes of different scenarios accurately and thereby maximise the probability of successful delivery of clinical trials.
To make this happen Intel Hub imports different data sources available, as well as local market information to enable machine learning algorithms to optimise and predict recruitment scenarios.
After the release to an MVP, the project had suffered a lack of momentum and had stalled.
In addition, there was a lack of a product owner and the volume and quality of the backlog was poor.

- Designed and facilitated Programme Increment planning sessions for next three-month objectives.
- Supported development of release roadmap and restructure of the team to focus on functionality and more frequent delivery.
