Situation
Verco has been the global ESG data and reporting partner for one of the largest investment managers in the world since 2015. The client has over $150BN of assets under management with a suite of funds and mandates, across both public and private investments, representing a wide range of investment strategies spanning both debt and equity across the United States, Europe and Asia Pacific.
Action / Approach
Work includes the collection and reporting of ESG and climate risk data for all real estate investments on a quarterly and annual basis, and the annual preparation of a global carbon and energy footprint for comparison with the client's portfolio-level targets.
Result(s)
In addition to the reporting work, Verco provides the full spectrum of its Real Estate offer to the client from strategic advice at a portfolio-level to detailed technical studies and project implementation support at an asset-level.
