Situation

The client asked BIP to assist in a strategic programme to launch a broad Hyperautomation strategy to transform how work gets done across the business.


The challenge involved creating clear and consistent messages for key stakeholders, including business and function teams.


These messages aimed to articulate the enterprise-wide value of delivering business objectives through digital technology, to build a robust pipeline of projects.

Action / Approach

Our objectives included creating a compelling value story to ensure stakeholders understand the Hyperautomation vision, the new delivery model, the potential benefits, and the characteristics of a strong use case.


Working with the client team we organised a series of stakeholder workshops and interviews to gain valuable insights into their current understanding. Utilising this data, we successfully built the value story and developed a stakeholder plan for the client which will be instrumental in launching this strategy.

Result(s)

While our direct involvement in this launch has concluded, we have equipped the client with a robust foundation of materials to guide them in their project launch.
